Suzuki Hayabusa was designed to be Ugly

When the design team from Suzuki started designing the Hayabusa, little did they realize that they were in the process of creating the fastest bike in the world. In fact, the design of Suzuki Hayabusa was meant to be ugly and if you don’t believe us you must go through the interview of Koji Yoshiura the creator of Suzuki Hayabusa. In the latest issue of motorcycle news the Koji states that they wanted to create an ugly design so people can remember it easily.

They wanted people to try out the Hayabusa and analyze its performance, speed, features and acceleration. They had no idea that they were creating the fastest production motorbike of the world. The object of the designers was to create a bike which will create an impression in the minds of the people and will never be outdated.

You can read the full interview of Koji Yoshiura in the December edition of Motorcycle news.
